About Make

Make (formerly Integromat) is an up and coming iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) provider. They allow you to connect cloud-based services like Docparser to other services like Airtable, Asana, Amazon Web Services and hundreds more. Take a look at the services they can connect.

Docparser & Make: Endless Possibilities

You could send data extracted from your purchase orders and invoices into your CRM system or billing system. You could then send out a personalized email to your customer or vendor by sending data from Docparser to your email system. You could dump all of your data extracted by Docparser into a database like Amazon Redshift, Airtable or SQL. Analyzing data that is locked up inside PDF documents, image files and Microsoft Word Documents could give you valuable insight into your business, vendors and customers.

How to use the Make integration: Setting up this integration is really simple.

You will need to set up an account with Make and you would configure the connection between Docparser and other cloud-based services via Make’s website. You will choose a trigger event and an action event. The trigger event could be whenever data is extracted by Docparser. Or if a document is attached to a record in your CRM. An action event is what happens next. If your trigger event is “when data is parsed by Docparser” then the action event could be to send that data to Pipedrive, a CRM system.

Why Docparser & Make?

By automating manual processes, such as extracting data from PDFs and Microsoft Word documents, you will save your organization a lot of time. Manually typing data that is in a PDF into another system is very time-consuming by itself. Any human errors made will cost you even more time. Humans should be doing more impactful work than extracting data and entering it into other systems. Business process automation is one of the best investments you can make.

Connect Docparser to Make and automate your document-based business processes in minutes.
