Are there any special requirements?
There are no special requirements. There is nothing to install and you don't need any technical know-how for setting up and using Docparser. Moreover, you do not need to do any coding.
Do you offer annual payments?
Yes, we do! All monthly plans are also available as yearly subscriptions. When subscribing to a yearly plan, you'll get two months for free which equals to a reduction of 16.7%. For Business and tailored yearly plans, we also offer the possibility to pay by invoice.
Do you offer pay-as-you-go plans?
Yes, you can subscribe to a monthly subscription plan which covers the amount of documents you want to parse. Once done, just cancel your subscription and download your data.
How will I be charged and billed?
You pay nothing for the first 30 days. After the free trial, you can select a fitting subscription plan with monthly or yearly payment options. The default payment method is credit card. Business and tailored subscription plans can also be paid by invoice when purchased annually.
What happens when I'm running out of document parsing credits?
When you run out of document credits we simply stop the data parsing for your account. Documents can still be imported but they won't be parsed until you upgrade. However, if your current usage is exceptional, we can increase the number of credits for the current billing cycle.
Can I change plans any time?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Once you change your plan, the monthly payment will automatically be adjusted with the next billing cycle. If you upgrade, you can use the additional quota right away.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you are free to cancel, upgrade or downgrade your paid subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription is terminated immediately and no further payments are due.
How long does processing a document take?
We are committed to keep the time it takes for a document to get processed as short as possible. We aim for less than a minute between reception and finished processing. This goal is met in the majority of cases. You can find more information about processing times here
Can I expect Docparser to consistently perform, regarding availablity, speed, etc?
Absolutely! We reserve the appropriate resources, even during peak hours, to ensure exceptional performance and availability. Docparser is hosted on the AWS cloud which allows us to scale the system without any interruption. You can find our current system status and historical uptime data on our public status page
Are there limitations in terms of file size or page lengths?
Docparser was designed to handle "small"
PDF documents, such as Invoices, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Insurance Forms, etc. Please don't hesitate to reach out

Can Docparser be installed on-premise?
Docparser is a cloud-only application and can not be installed on-premise. If you are concerned about data security, please check out our Security Statement
Do you support document parsing of other languages besides English?
Absolutely! Our parsing engine is extracting text data based on the position inside the document. The language of the document doesn't play any role. All text data is then encoded in UTF8 which includes foreign character sets.
